optional Libraries

These libraries are optional at compile time. By default, thay are switched off.

• parallel direct solver from the SGI SCSL library, see http://www.sgi.com/products/software/scsl.html
• parallel direct solver from intel MKL library (delivered with intel compilers), see http://www.intel.com/cd/software/products/asmo-na/eng/perflib/mkl/.
